Refund Policy

If you are not satisfied with a paid course, you may request a refund within 14 days of purchase, provided you have not completed the course and passed the final assessment.

To request a refund, contact ICORA MED via the contact form, stating your order details and the reason for your request. Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method through our payment provider, Stripe, and enrolment access is revoked once the refund is issued.

Free courses are not eligible for a refund as no payment is taken. Manually assigned enrolments follow the same access-revocation process at ICORA MED's discretion.
