Advisory work

From requirements to practical application

Independent maritime advisory work led by experienced practitioners and subject specialists.

ICORA MED supports ship operators, ports, terminals and public authorities on defined technical, operational and regulatory matters. Each engagement begins with an agreed scope, including the objectives, approach and expected outputs. The work may include studies, reviews, technical documentation, workshops and recommendations, depending on the requirement.

Request a scoping call

An initial scoping discussion, with no charge or obligation. Describe the decision or requirement you are facing, and we aim to reply within two business days to arrange a call. After the call we set out the proposed scope, approach and indicative programme and, if the work is a fit, provide a written proposal.
