We are building ICORA MED in the open. The first 500 verified members receive complimentary lifetime membership and permanent Founding Member status.
What Founding Membership includes

- Updates on new courses and articles, and early access to new resources
- Permanent Founding Member status on your account
What it does not include
- Every future paid course, certification programme or premium service
- Unlimited live workshops or private consultations
- Guaranteed responses, response times, or project-specific technical advice
- Team or organisation features such as seats, group reporting and invoicing
No payment card required. No expiry. No recurring membership fee. One Founding Membership per verified account.
Common questions
What does “lifetime” mean here?
Your Founding Membership does not expire and carries no recurring membership fee. It covers the benefits listed above. Courses, programmes and services that are priced separately remain separately priced.
Will I be charged later?
No. No payment card is required to join, and Founding Membership is never converted into a paid subscription automatically. If paid membership is introduced later, it is a separate, optional product.
Will every question I submit be answered?
No. Members can submit maritime questions for professional discussion, and selected questions receive responses from verified ICORA MED contributors. We do not guarantee a response or a response time.
What happens after all places are taken?
Founding Membership closes permanently at that point — the cohort is the first group of members and is never reopened. You can still create a free account, and you can join the waiting list for membership options that follow.
Can I have more than one Founding Membership?
No — one per verified account. Duplicate or fraudulent registrations may be removed, which returns the place to the pool.
Membership benefits are provided as described above and may be adjusted for future members; benefits already granted to existing Founding Members are not withdrawn. Course certificates confirm completion of the stated course and assessment requirements and are not accredited professional qualifications unless a course page explicitly states otherwise.
